The BOT project for the revitalization of the Taichung WenShan WtE Plant has officially broken ground, marking an exciting new milestone! 🚀

The WenShan plant is operated by Taho, Veolia’s joint venture with TCC. This upgrade will introduce world-class technologies and facilities, bringing a fresh new look and enhanced environmental services to the local community:

⚡ Energy & Resource Transformation: Boosting power generation efficiency to turn municipal waste into reliable local energy, with the potential to support the energy needs of the AI sector in the future.  
💧 Green & Sustainable Operations: Implementing advanced environmental technology to achieve significant water savings and low-emission goals.  
🏡 Community-Friendly Spaces: Integrating landscape elements and recreational amenities to redefine facility perceptions, creating a welcoming green space for the neighborhood.

We are truly honored to move forward alongside the Taichung City Government and our valued partners TCC, MHI, and PECL. As construction gets underway, let's transform tomorrow into a sustainable and desirable future.👷‍♂️✨
