Veolia's joint venture in Taiwan, Onyx Ta-Ho Environmental, is pleased to announce that four of its facilities have received top honors in the Ministry of Environment's 2025 Incinerator Plant Business Evaluation. The Xindian Plant, Shulin Plant, and Green Sustainability Park (LuTsao Plant) have once again earned the "Outstanding" rating, while the Letzer Plant received the "Excellent" recognition. These achievements reflect our long-term commitment to Taiwan's environmental governance and represent the extraordinary results of our team's everyday dedication.

🏆A Testament to Stable, Reliable Performance

Over the past year, facing unprecedented challenges from extreme climate events—torrential storms, post-disaster waste accumulation, and strict food waste management to prevent African swine fever—all four facilities have demonstrated exceptional professional capability and operational resilience.

🔋Breakthrough in Energy Efficiency

The national average operating rate of incineration plants has exceeded 85%, generating 3.4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually—enough to power 830,000 households across Taiwan for an entire year. We are not merely waste handlers; we are the city's most reliable energy provider in times of challenge.

🌱Advancing Toward Circular Sustainability

This evaluation achievement is the result of our team's steady, dedicated efforts. Moving forward, we will continue optimizing facility operations and advancing toward circular sustainability development, contributing to Taiwan's environmental governance and energy transition.
