Veolia Taiwan OHS Team Successfully Concludes First Team Building!
During the three-day Team Building event, we arranged a variety of activities that combined fun with enhancing professional occupational safety expertise. The escape room challenge allowed colleagues to cultivate teamwork and communication skills in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We also visited five facilities, including an incineration plant, a hazardous waste treatment plant, a water plant, and a solvent treatment plant under construction. These visits to different business units provided the OHS team with deeper insights into specialized technologies and safety management measures across various sites.
In addition to facility visits, we discussed and exchanged views on current safety work challenges, focusing on LSR (work permits and working at heights) and LOTO (lockout/tagout) safety priorities. We conducted on-site audits and MSV (Management Safety Visits) to ensure continuous improvement in safety management.
This OHS Team Building was not only a grand gathering for occupational safety professionals but also the best demonstration of Veolia Taiwan’s team spirit. We look forward to organizing more similar activities in the future, both within and across departments, because “Safety” is Veolia’s most valued and non-negotiable commitment. Built on cooperation and trust, we will work together toward a safer and more sustainable future.
